Everything is still made here and you can taste it. The best rolls and fine pastries can be found here. Even bread that you can eat for longer than 2 days is rarely found today. Hopefully the Pfister bakery will stay with us for a long time.

Since my very happy childhood in Burk, the fine pastries from my Pfister bakery have accompanied me - the Möderla and Wiener Hörnla as well as the covered apple pie have been tasting delicious for over 35 years and every time I go to my old home, I add a stop to the bakery and would be happy if I could take baked goods to Haßfurt and make our children happy! One of the last bakeries that still do honest craftsmanship. Nothing is baked here or mixed with baking mixes. The prices are fair and the staff very friendly 🙂

One of the few remaining traditional bakeries in Forchheim. The selection of pastries could be a little larger, but it still tastes like the bakery, just like it used to.

The baker still does everything himself. Certain bread and various cakes are only available on certain days of the week. Bienstich example on Friday. I think things taste very good. There is very little poppy seed on the poppy seed rolls.

Here you can still find a real bakery where the rolls taste of rolls and not of industry. The price-performance ratio is great and the employees are always friendly. Highly recommended are the unspeakably good sourdough rolls (quite popular and therefore usually sold out on Sundays quickly), the corn rolls and the fantastic curd snails.
